Continuous material flow depends on every section
The strip enters from the coil-handling end and is centered before leveling. Leveling settings depend on material grade, thickness, width, incoming shape, and the required finished flatness. Stable guiding helps the strip remain aligned as it moves toward the measuring and cutting sections.

Measurement, cutting, and sheet transfer are coordinated
The measuring system tracks strip travel and sends the cutting command according to the production recipe. During the normal cycle, the Flying Shear coordinates its movement with the strip so the finished sheet can continue toward the conveyor. After cutting, the conveyor supports the sheet and maintains controlled transfer toward the downstream handling area. Sheet spacing, alignment, support, stacking, and removal should match the finished dimensions and output target. A fast cutting cycle is useful only when the downstream system can receive each sheet reliably.
