Working principle
How the 850mm Flying Shear Cut-to-Length Line Works
The coil is unwound, guided, and leveled before an encoder and the line control system measure the required sheet length. The flying shear accelerates to synchronize with the moving strip, completes the cut without stopping the material flow, and returns for the next cycle. The cut sheets then move through the conveyor to the selected stacking section. This continuous process is intended to reduce repeated stopping and support a stable production rhythm.

During normal flying shear production, the shear follows the moving strip so the material does not need to stop for every cutting cycle.
Can the line process different coil materials?
