Working principle
How the 1350mm Flying Shear Cut-to-Length Line Works
The 1350mm line coordinates coil payoff, strip guiding, multi-roll leveling, electronic length measurement, flying shear motion, conveying, and stacking. During the cutting cycle, the shear drive follows the moving strip, cuts at the commanded length, and returns to its start position. The control system coordinates line speed and shear motion so medium-width coil can move through the line with fewer stop-and-start cycles.
