Working principle
How the 1650mm Flying Shear Cut-to-Length Line Works
The 1650mm line is designed to coordinate wider-coil handling with leveling, length measurement, dynamic shearing, conveying, and stacking. Encoder feedback and the motion controller calculate the cutting point, while the shear carriage follows the strip during the cutting stroke. After the cut, the carriage returns and prepares for the next command as the finished sheet moves toward the stacking system.
